1. Who can join the program?

The INCO & Develhope Refugee Employment Support Program is open to refugees and asylum seekers with recognized legal status currently living in Italy, between 18 and 40 years old, who:

• Have a daily availability to study through our hybrid online courses of 4-5 hours per day. This includes both mandatory lessons (live online) and self-paced study on the Develhope e-Learning platform;
• Have at least a B1 level of Italian language;
• Hold a High School diploma or University Degree;
• Hold or have access to a laptop with an integrated camera and a stable Wi-Fi connection.

You can apply for one of the Develhope courses if you are a refugee, beneficiary of international protection, a beneficiary of the UNICORE (University Corridors for Refugees program), or if you hold one of the following types of residence permits:

• for asylum
• for subsidiary protection
• for asylum request
• for statelessness
• pending statelessness determination
• for temporary protection
• for special protection
• for special cases.

2. Do I need to pay anything to join the program?

No. The program is completely free of charge for selected participants. The training, support, and career services are all covered by the project.

3. How long do the courses last?

Each course lasts on average 3 to 4 months, depending on the path you choose. Check our website page to know more about courses start dates, programs and duration.
